Ember & Oak started in 2018 when Sarah Chen and Marco Delgado — two Vernon locals — converted a vacant corner shop into the cafe they wished existed downtown. Every bean is ethically sourced through BC roasters, every pastry made from scratch by our in-house baker, and every regular greeted by name.

We're proud to support Okanagan farmers, hire locally, and sponsor community events from the Vernon Winter Carnival to youth soccer leagues.
