The practice

Not a crew that shows up with a truck. A studio that stays with the drawing.

Kitchens, additions, decks, and commercial interiors across Vernon, Coldstream, and the valley. We work to BC Building Code, carry $5M liability, and treat the site like a finished room from day one.

Most of our work is renovation — the harder kind, where the existing house has opinions. We measure twice, write a schedule you can live with, and clean the floor every evening.

A 1980s galley opened to the lake. Quartz, a working island, and cabinetry that hides the dishwasher. Six weeks, one family still cooking in it.

Kitchen, bath, and basement transformations. We coordinate cabinetry, tile, electrical, and plumbing so you have one voice on site.

    An on-site conversation. Measurements, light, and what you actually use. No obligation, no pitch deck.

    Write the number

    Itemized estimate, materials, timeline, and a payment schedule you can put on the fridge.

    Build in the open

    One project lead. Daily sweep. A weekly note with photos so you never wonder what happened on Tuesday.

    Walk it together

    Punch list, inspection, and a one-year workmanship warranty. Then we leave the house quieter than we found it.
